Individual Employee View Disabled

Per-employee reports are currently disabled because individual AI usage monitoring counts as employee surveillance (Beschäftigtenüberwachung) under German law (§26 BDSG) and normally requires a formal works council (Betriebsrat) agreement before it can be activated.

What you can do now:

• View department-level reporting on the Departments page
• Generate GDPR audit reports from the Dashboard
• Contact your Data Protection Officer (DSB) to set up the required works council agreement
